Every Revyon compound is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not a drug, supplement or cosmetic, and it is not for human or veterinary use.

1. Purpose of this policy

This policy sets out how products from Revyon Technologies (“Revyon”, “we”, “us” or “our”) may be bought and used. It forms part of our Terms of service, and every purchaser agrees to it when placing an order.

2. Laboratory research only

All Revyon products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics or foods, have not been approved by the FDA, and are not for human or veterinary use, medical use or diagnostic procedures. These materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Who may purchase

We sell only to qualified researchers aged 21 and over. At checkout, every purchaser confirms that:

  • They are 21 or older
  • The products are for lawful laboratory research only
  • The products will be handled by suitably trained people
  • They have read and accept this policy and our terms of service

4. What we will not provide

Our team is glad to help with documentation, orders and shipping. We will not answer questions or give guidance on:

  • Dosing, administration or reconstitution for use
  • Protocol, cycle or stack design
  • Human or veterinary application
  • The effects of any compound in a person or animal

5. Product information and documentation

Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory for purity by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry. Its Certificate of Analysis is published in our COA library under its lot number. Product descriptions are limited to compound identity, purity, form and lot data.

6. Handling and storage

Products should be handled only in a suitable laboratory setting by trained personnel using appropriate protective equipment. Storage information is printed on each label and included in the product documentation. The purchaser is responsible for safe handling, storage and disposal.

7. Order screening and refusals

We review orders and may refuse or cancel any order, or close any account, where the information given is incomplete or inconsistent, or where anything suggests the purchase is not for research. This includes messages or reviews that refer to personal use.

8. Resale and redistribution

Products may not be repackaged, relabeled or resold for any purpose other than lawful laboratory research, and may never be supplied for human or veterinary use.

9. Affiliates and promotion

Anyone promoting Revyon, including members of our affiliate program, must follow this policy. No health, outcome, dosing or usage claims may be made about any Revyon product in any channel.

10. Purchaser responsibility

Purchasers are responsible for making sure their purchase, possession and use of our products complies with all laws and regulations that apply to them and their institution.
