1. About these terms

These terms of service apply to your use of this website and to every order placed with Revyon Technologies (“Revyon”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Research use policy, our Privacy policy and our Shipping and returns policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Research use only

All products sold by Revyon are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics or foods, have not been approved by the FDA, and are not for human or veterinary use, medical use or diagnostic procedures.

By placing an order, you confirm that the products will be used only for lawful research by suitably qualified people, and that you will not consume them, administer them to a person or animal, or supply them to anyone for that purpose.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 21 or over to use this site or buy from us. You agree to give accurate, current information when you create an account or place an order, and to keep your login details secure.

We may refuse, cancel or limit any order, and suspend or close any account, where we believe information is inaccurate or a purchase is not for legitimate research.

4. Products and documentation

Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory, and its Certificate of Analysis is published in our COA library under its lot number. Product descriptions cover compound identity, purity, form and lot data only.

We make no claims about the effects of any product, and nothing on this site is medical, dosing or usage advice. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary between batches.

5. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a product is unavailable, or a price or description is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider’s encrypted system. Card details are never stored on our servers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States. Dispatch times, tracking, delivery responsibility and what to do if a parcel arrives damaged are set out in our Shipping and returns policy. Responsibility for an order passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

8. Returns and refunds

Because research materials must stay sealed and traceable to their lot, we cannot accept returns of products once they have left us, except where an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or is missing. Full details are in our Shipping and returns policy.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use, or allow anyone to use, any product in people or animals
  • Resell, repackage or relabel products for human or veterinary use
  • Make health, dosing or outcome claims about any Revyon product
  • Misrepresent your age, identity or research purpose
  • Copy, scrape or misuse this website or its content

Breaching these terms may lead to cancelled orders, a closed account and, where required, a report to the relevant authorities.

10. Intellectual property

The Revyon name, logo, website content, product documentation and images belong to Revyon Technologies or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own research records, but you may not reproduce or distribute them for any other purpose without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are supplied for research as described in their documentation, without any other warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revyon is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from misuse, mishandling or use outside of laboratory research. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Revyon Technologies against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of any product or your failure to comply with the laws that apply to you.

13. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Revyon Technologies is registered. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
